Automatic welding and cutting machine

The ANDITECK machine allows you to produce envelopes, sheets, tubular, pre-cut and other packaging products of various sizes and structures starting from reels of air bubble film or expanded polyethylene.

The machine  therefore has a high production flexibility and in particular adopts two production processes:

1. Automatic welding machine: through two transversal sealing bars and three or more longitudinal sealing bars, the system allows the production of bags with a minimum size of 80x100mm up to bags with a length of 2000mm and more. The bags produced are stacked through an innovative needle system that allows the formation of bundles easy to collect and pack by the operator.  Through the adoption of a winder placed in front of the machine, it is also possible to produce pre-cut bags / tubulars in rolls.
2. Automatic cutter machine: the ANDITECK system is equipped with transverse cutting with toothed blade and longitudinal cutting (razor cutting, shear cutting or pressure cutting available) that allow the production of sheets and formats of different sizes which are then stacked always through the needle collection system. The machine can cut multiple films at the same time allowing for high production.

The possibility of producing large bags or sheets and stacking them automatically allows to reduce the personnel required in these particular types of processing.

The adoption of the best and latest technologies, allow the ANDITECK machine to have high productivity, flexibility and easy production changes, perfect quality of finished products.

The welding bars are driven by pneumatic cylinders. It’s possible to replace this technology with linear electrical actuators. This allows to have an higher performing system and numerous advantages from the point of view of production speed, welding pressure control and noise reduction.

The Anditeck machine is completely automatic and managed by a user-friendly interface with touch screen. Through programmable and modifiable production recipes it is possible to change production in a few minutes. The plant is already prepared for Industry 4.0.
