Cuteck
The CUTECK machine allows to cut plastic films such as air bubble films and expanded polyethylene to the desired length and format. The number of rolls that can be processed at the same time depends on the thickness of the film. Basically, the Cuteck is complete with an unwinding unit where it is possible to load up to 5 starting mother rolls. The longitudinal cutting of the films takes place by means of razor blades while the transverse cutting takes place by means of a high-speed blade mounted on a trolley and operated by a brushless motor. The advancement of the film is done by a nip-roller controlled by motor and frequency drive.
The produced sheets are stacked through an innovative system that allows the formation of stacks without perforating or damaging the material in any way. The bundles are then colletcted on a conveyor belt to facilitate the operator’s work. An antistatic bar and nozzles that blow compressed air help the sheets stack on themselves and allow the CUTECK machine to work on both very small and large formats.
