The PERFOTECK pre-cutting machine allows to pre-cut at desired intervals different types of plastic films, such as air bubble film or polyethylene foam for packaging,
Two different types of systems can be supplied:
- In-line pre-cutting: in this case the unit can be assembled in line with other machines such as expanded polyethylene extruders, machines for production of air bubble films, flexo printing machines, etc.. The unit, built in steel with self-leveling feet, is composed of a nip-roller for traction and control of film speed, a double blade pre-cutting device driven with a brushless motor and a brush pressure roller. The machine can be completed with with an optional unit to cut and vacuum trims.
- Off-line pre-cut: this is a roll to roll machine. In addition to the pre-cut group, a double unwinder is supplied that allows you to work with one reel and have the other one ready for quick change and a single winder to collect the pre-cut film. The length of the desired pre-cut and the length of the final roll can be set from the touch screen. The produced roll is cut manually. The plant can be equipped with blades for longitudinal slitting and an eye-mark reader to perform the pre-cut not at the desired length but on the mark printed on the film to precut.
Both solutions include a user friendly touch screen with control panel for entering and controlling the production parameters.
