Vertical cutter

The SAWTECK system is a manual vertical cutter for cutting rolls of plastic material such as air bubble film and polyethylene foam into different widths.

The cutter is equipped with a crossed carbon steel blade for cutting the coils in both directions. The double cut is achieved thanks to a sliding cradle on which the reel of the material to be cut is positioned. The cutting selector, equipped with a millimeter scale, allows easy adjustment of the size of the reels to be cut. The plant is also equipped with a blade sharpening and tensioning system.
